Makka- sketch

Old old old half-finished sketch that has been appropriated for Will's horse, Makka. He's got several that he owns outright, this being one of the more unusual. Seems he picked up an early foal of Duo's, from a breeding between her and Legion, before we knew the extent of Legion's power. Makka's spirits are docile, however, and seek peace. Their influence over their host is pacifying, not violent.

Makka is a great example of Will's training. He is proper, well-behaved, and very responsive to hand and leg aids. He will respond to some vocal commands, but Will prefers seat to voice for direction and doesn't usually use vocal aids in training. Watching Will ride Makka in competition or even in training can be a joy- the two are a machine together, as Will is with all his horses- but one wonders if Makka has any individuality left at all. Under saddle, he will not make any decision on his own and defers all commands to Will. Will's a good rider, so the two never come to grief, but one does wonder if Makka would run off a cliff or through a fence on Will's request. (He wouldn't request it, of course.... we hope.)
